How long before I get my 1st lead?

It varies. It will be at least 1-3 business days (since we have to set your campaign up internally to even start generating leads). But rest assured we are working very hard in the background for you.

Are the leads geographically tailored?

Yes, you'll choose your own zip codes on the onboarding call and all leads and zipcodes are exclusive to you! We understand how important results are based off this which is why we do it across the nation with our clients.

In that case, what should my expected return be?

Please refer to our Step 2 Onboarding Video, where we break down your expected ROI.

But what If I don't close the 1st lead you send me?

If your close rate was 100%, that would be great right? It's not going to be, and it doesn't need to be. Check our video testimonials with clients to see what strategies they use. Leads might not close for a variety of reasons; some you control, some you don't. Circumstances change, personalities sometimes don't mesh, a lead might decide not to sell ultimately. But that's ok! You don't need a 100% close rate to make this a HUGE win.

What happens after I get the lead?

You take over. We recommend reaching out to the lead personally to introduce yourself, even prior to the appointment. Make sure you stay in touch with the lead and be HELPFUL in your approach to them. The longer you speak to them, the more rapport you build, the more value you add in that initial conversation, the more likely it is they will list their house with you.
