Incorrect Information: If an incorrect name, phone number, or address details are provided to the Client, the Client is eligible for a lead credit.
Unresponsive Leads: If you have attempted to reach out to the lead for multiple days in a row, left a message, and still not received a response, you are able to receive a credit after Day 5.
Out of Area Lead: If the client receives an appointment out of their service area. The Client is Eligible for a lead credit.
When Will Leads Be Credited? They Will Be Credited on the 1st and 14th of every month. Speak to your dedicated support manager who can approve lead credits before the 1st and 14th.
